In order to demonstrate the Marvell 8618’s capabilities as a Linux-based wireless multimedia device, Marvell asked us to develop some drivers and demonstrations. We implemented a frame-buffer device and brought up Trolltech’s QT embedded windowing system. We also created a DMA-enabled OSS sound driver.
